Our Return Policy

We want you to love every purchase from Grab & Glow. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition and original packaging.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at our contact page with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

Seasonal & Costume Items

Costumes and seasonal Halloween items are final sale after October 25th and cannot be returned after this date.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, worn, or washed
  • Items without original packaging
  • Seasonal items returned after October 25th

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
