30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In the original packaging
• Free from damage caused after delivery

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at missyleigh20180@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for your return

We'll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging
• Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color where available. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
